Partly due to a malfunction, counting votes became night work in many municipalities. GroenLinks turned out to be the largest this morning in the major cities, among others. In Utrecht, that party received 22.2 percent of the vote, followed by D66 (13.6 percent), PvdA (9.3 percent), PvdD (8.8 percent) and VVD (8.7 percent). BBB received only 5.2 percent of the vote in Utrecht.
