DUNE PART 2. A first trailer for the Dune sequel has been unveiled by Warner Bros, as the sci-fi film is slated for release later this year.

[Mis à jour le 9 mai 2023 à 9h24] The planet Arrakis is soon to return. A trailer for Dune: Part 2, sequel science fiction film directed by Denis Villeneuve, was unveiled by Warner Bros. In this new adaptation of Frank Herbert’s novel, the plot will pick up directly after the first part, when Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) joins the Fremen. He will attach himself to Chani (Zendaya) while preparing his revolt against the Harkonnens, who destroyed his family. The film is expected in French theaters on November 1, 2023.

Dune 2 will see new faces make up its cast. Florence Pugh has been cast as Princess Irulan, while Austin Butler (Elvis) will play Feyd-Rautha. They will be accompanied by Christopher Walken (Emperor Shaddam IV Corrino), Léa Seydoux (Lady Margot Fenring) and Souheila Yacoub. Timothée Chalamet takes over the role of Paul Atréides, alongside Zendaya (Chani), Josh Brolin (Gurney Halleck), Javier Bardem (Stilgar), Rebecca Ferguson (Lady Jessica) and Stellan Skarsgard (Baron Harkonnen).
