After years of vacancy, there finally seems to be a tenant for the Gildenkwartier. In written answers, the board states that pension organization PGGM is in the final phase of a lease agreement and will move into the large office building in the Hoog Catharijne shopping center in three years. This is evident from written questions from Utrecht councilor Rick van der Zweth of the PvdA.
