According to Final Fantasy XVI producer Naoki Yoshida, the making process for the Final Fantasy 16 trailer is “done, finished”
The Final Fantasy 16 trailer is on the way, according to the game’s producer, Naoki Yoshida. The production process of Final Fantasy 16 was seriously interrupted due to Covid-19. According to Yoshida’s statements, the reason why the trailer has not been released is not the pandemic, but there are more than one reason and the final settings to be made.
Final Fantasy 16 trailer is nearing completion
Yoshida gave vague explanations on the subject in the joint event broadcast of NieR Reincarnation and Final Fantasy XIV.
“We have a finished trailer available, but for various reasons we will have to wait a little longer to release it. But it will be released very soon, you can be sure of that.”
Yoshida answered the questions about the state of the game by stating that the project was starting to take shape and praising the effort of the developer team. According to Naoki Yoshida, the game is now in the final fix and polishing phase and they don’t want to rush the process.
In an interview on April 29, Naoki Yoshida stated that the development phase of the game was about to end, and after this interview, he received a “cold e-mail” from the team that undertook the distribution of the game in America, for providing preliminary information about the game.
The last main Final Fantasy game was released in 2016, with Final Fantasy announced on September 16, 2020.
