(Telestock) – Call for expressions of interest to participate in the due diligence activity has been published aimed at the sale of Fimer in Extraordinary Administration. This was communicated by Mimit in a note, underlining that Fimer is an Italian company specialized in the production and marketing of string and centralized inverters, as well as systems for charging electric vehicles.
The publication – arranged by the Extraordinary Commissioners Ascione Ciccarelli, D’Amico and Losito – formally launches the program of unitary and inseparable sale of the production site in Terranuova Bracciolini (AR) and of the foreign company shares, authorized last April 23 by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy led by Minister Adolfo Urso.
They will be able to express their interest in accessing the data room companies, individual or corporate, capable of guaranteeing the continuation of the production activity of the Fimer business complex and the maintenance of employment levels.
Applications must be received by 3:00 p.m. on August 31, 2024. Eligible subjects due diligence activity will be able to participate in the subsequent sale procedure, scheduled for October.
