Nashville’s two Swedes Gustaf Nyquist and Filip Forsberg had a good night when Winnipeg was defeated away from home by 4–2.
Gustav Nyquist opened the scoring by making it 1–0 after a little more than six minutes in the first period. And the goal that gave the team 3-0 at the beginning of the third period was the pure display of how to deceive opponents.

Nyquist rode a high puck that was lobbed into the Winnipeg defense zone, he got hold of it and was free – but very close to the goaltender – and instead of shooting a quick back pass between the legs to Philip Forsberg who came riding and scored a direct shot.
Nashville has a good chance of making the playoffs, a playoff that Winnipeg will likely be in.
