Just like during the EC in Kaunas, Lithuania, earlier this year, Josefin Taljegård competes to the tunes of Elvis. She decided after watching the movie “Elvis” about the American rock icon Elvis Presley (2022),
– I love that mix of emotions. It is both a little seductive and this immense joy, says Taljegård.
The WC, which begins today, will be historic for Sweden, which for the first time has competitors in all disciplines in a WC. For Josefin Taljegård, it will be her WC debut tonight, Swedish time, when the women’s short program is decided.
– Canada is a great figure skating nation and I’m really looking forward to competing, she says.
