The police were alerted during the evening about a fight at Odenplan in central Stockholm.
Several people are said to have participated and two people have been taken to hospital by ambulance.
The alarm came in to the police just before 6 pm about the fight. Four people have been arrested and a preliminary investigation into serious assault has been launched.
The injuries of the two people who were taken to hospital are considered to be minor.
