When will the FIFA 23 Web App and its Companion App be available for iOS and Android? We summarize all information.
What is the web app? The web app has been a staple tool for players to build their Ultimate Team for years. It is a browser app in which you cannot play games in FIFA, but you can work on the team, solve SBCs or sign new players.
What is the companion app? The app version for iOS and Android is called “companion”. This largely corresponds to the web app from the browser, but runs as a separate app on the smartphone.
When are the FIFA 23 Web App and Companion App coming?
Is there a “Web App” release date for FIFA 23 yet? So far there is no official release date for the web app, but in the past the web app was usually released when early access to the new FIFA offshoot started.
Should that be the case again this year, the FIFA 23 Web App should be released on September 27th.
This is currently the earliest known date on which FIFA 23 will be playable – namely for pre-orders of the Ultimate Edition and for the EA Play trial version. You can find out more about the FIFA 23 release here.
As soon as the official date is known, we will update it here.
It can also be assumed that only players who already have or had a FUT account will be able to use the web app. New players will first have to log into the game before they can start in the app.
When does the companion app start? In the past, the companion app always started one day after the web app. This can also be expected for this year.
