FIFA 23 is getting closer and more and more information about the game is released. Now EA Sports showed some of the so-called “OTW players” – cards that can always get better.

What are OTW players in FIFA 23? The OTW players have been around in Ultimate Team for a few years now. OTW stands for “Ones To Watch” – i.e. players to keep an eye on.
