Here is the original post.
When is the FIFA 23 RTTF release? The Road to the Final event starts on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. This shows a new loading screen in Ultimate Team.
It replaces the Future Stars event in FIFA 23. From the start of the event, the new promo team in Ultimate Team should end up in the packs.
What is FIFA 23 Road to the Final? The “Road to…” events are known in FIFA 23 for bringing dynamic maps that can continue to improve. They usually receive upgrades when the player’s team reaches certain milestones in a real-world football tournament.
Maps for the Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League are already visible in the loading screen. So the event revolves around these competitions.
In addition, thematic SBCs and weekly tasks should be on the plan.
How do RTTF upgrades work? Usually, cards get better as they progress through the tournament. The “Road to the Knockouts” event already covered cards up to the KO phase, here it should be continued.
This means that upgrades for victories in the KO phase are conceivable, reaching the quarterfinals, semifinals, final game and ultimately tournament victory could bring further upgrades if you start from the FIFA 22 model.
How exactly the upgrades in FIFA 23 look like should be clear at the latest when the event starts.
FIFA 23 RTTF Leaks – Who’s in the Road to the Final?
Update, February 17, 7:30 a.m.: The official Champions League account has already shared the first maps.
So the following players will definitely get an event card:
What leaks are there for RTTF? The well-known leaker Fut Sheriff (via Twitter) has already named a few names that are expected to be part of the RTTF Team 1.
These are said to include Arsenal’s Gabriel Martinelli, Juventus’ Chiesa, Betis Sevilla’s Juan Miranda and AS Monaco’s Kevin Volland. Diaby should be a candidate for the Bundesliga, Leverkusen could come as an SBC player.
Here’s what you should consider about leaks: Which cards will actually come in the event remains to be seen for the time being. The previous names are only leaks, not official information from EA. It is therefore possible that these cards will not appear in RTTF Team 1 – only the start of the event will bring certainty.
Basically, events like the “Road to the Final” are very popular with FIFA players because they bring some extra excitement to the real tournaments – after all, one hopes that one’s own RTTF players will get better through victories.
Incidentally, some players were recently able to look forward to a sudden new addition to their teams: FIFA 23 accidentally distributed a strong striker to some players.
