(Finance) – SGR and institutional investors have filed a minority list of independent candidates only for the renewal of the board of directors of Milan fair scheduled for the next ordinary shareholders’ meeting. The managers who presented the list own more than 2.6% of the company’s ordinary shares.
The list presented for the board of directors is composed of: Francesco Umile Chiappetta; Lorenza Morandini.
