(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Milan fair and Doctor Andrea Maldi, Chief Financial Officer and Manager responsible for preparing the corporate accounting documents, shared the opportunity to proceed with the termination of the existing employment relationship. Following the agreement reached, Maldi also resigned with immediate effect.
Fiera Milano announces that the Board of Directors has approved a revision of the top management organizational model, with the aim of further accelerating the execution of the Company’s growth objectives, by establishing the role of Deputy General Manager assumed by Roberto Foresti.
At the same meeting, the BoD also appointed Massimo De Tullio as Manager responsible for preparing the corporate accounting documents. Foresti, as Deputy General Manager, will report directly to Francesco Conci, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Company, and will be called upon to coordinate and optimize the activity.
Foresti does not hold any shares in the Company as of today.
Massimo DeTullioalready Group Planning & Control Director of Fiera Milano since 2018, has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Manager responsible for preparing the corporate accounting documents.
