Fiera Milano approves plan to 2027 dividends of 40 million

(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), a company listed on Euronext Milan and leader in Italy in the organization of international trade fair events, has the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan was approvedwhich focuses on building the fundamentals for long-term sustainable business development.
The plan identifies 4 strategic priorities: Value proposition (organize and host major events and provide an integrated physical and digital services platform to build valuable and growth experiences for exhibitors, visitors and partners); Sustainable business model (leverage sustainability as a competitive advantage and key factor to drive business growth; People and organization (attract talent and capitalize on human value, with a continuous drive towards innovation, the development of new skills, and personal growth); Relationships, recognisability, identity (increase awareness of the value created by the Group among customers, partners, institutions and strengthen the positioning of Fiera Milano).

As regards the financial targets, Fiera Milano plans to achieve, in 2027, revenues between 355 and 375 million euros, with a EBITDA estimated between 120 and 130 million euros. The economic and financial results over the plan period foresee a solid cash generation, which will translate into a overall financial availability expected between 151 and 171 million euros over the plan period. Of this availability, at least 40 million euros will be allocated to shareholder remuneration in the form of dividends.

The remainder liquid assets, quantified between 111 and 131 million euros, will be aimed at supporting company growth through external lines. Further use of debt to finance potential strategic acquisitions cannot be ruled out. In the plan period 2024-2027, they are planned investments in total for an amount of 88 million euros, of which 35 million euros will be supported by the Fiera Milano Foundation for the development of infrastructure works.
