Why are players dissatisfied with the innovation? What seems to bother many players is that it is often tiny details that can be changed, rather than two larger aspects of a piece of clothing. User Alluminn shares his changes to the “Fat Cat Loungewear” on Reddit.
Here the user shows that he can firstly change the main colour of the piece, but secondly not, as one would expect, the larger areas, but only the two small balls on two bands.
Other users also seem to share this opinion. “Suriko” expresses his opinion on Reddit by showing a meme of an object consisting of a sweater and a scarf. However, you cannot change the colors of the sweater and the scarf, as you would expect, but only the color of the sweater and a small tassel that is attached to the scarf.
The user “UnkaDee” responded on Reddit that his joy had “gone from ‘oh yeah’ to ‘WTF’ in a matter of seconds.” It seems that many players feel the same way about many of the items.
How has Dawntrail been received so far? Aside from the recolor, Dawntrail seems to be going down well with players so far. One thing that stands out is that the queues to get into the game seem to be unexpectedly short, as this thread on Reddit shows.
