The lower percentages in Overvecht and Kanaleneiland may be partly due to a lower vaccination rate among children with a migration background. The vaccination rate for mumps, measles and rubella in children with a Moroccan background is 82.2 percent here, for children with a Turkish migration background this is 88.7 percent. The vaccination rate is higher for children without a migration background, namely 94.8 percent.
