This spring, fewer holiday homes were sold than during the same period last year. Concerns about i.a. interest rates, the war in Ukraine and inflation are believed to be the reason.
So far this year, sales have decreased by just over a quarter at Länsförsäkringar fastighetsförmedling compared with the same period last year. The real estate agency has also noticed a decline, where the number decreased by 27 percent in May compared with the year before.
