Feurat Alani was born in France in 1980 to Iraqi parents. A great reporter, he also produced numerous reports for French television before founding his own production company. He won the Albert-Londres prize for his book “Le Parfum d’Irak” in 2019, adapted into a documentary web series. “I remember Fallujah” is her first novel.
