Fervi first half revenues at 291 million

(Finance) – Fervi ended the first semester with net revenues equal to approximately 29.1 million Euros, compared to 29.5 million Euros at 30 June 2023, a decrease of approximately 1.3% mainly, explains the company, due to the slowdown in industrial activity recorded in the first half of the year which was particularly affected by the subsidiary Rivit.

EBITDA stands at approximately 4.4 million Euros, compared to 4.5 million Euros at 30 June 2023: it decreases by approximately 139 thousand Euros mainly due to the failure to absorb fixed costs linked to the decrease in turnover; the incidence of EBITDA on turnover equal to 15.0% decreases by 0.2% compared to the first half of 2023.

Adjusted consolidated net resultexcluding non-recurring costs and the amortization of the Know How deriving from the acquisition of Rivit Srl in 2021 (amortised over 4 years), net of the related taxes, is equal to Euro 2,392 thousand compared to Euro 2,921 thousand in the first half of 2023. The consolidated net result is equal to Euro 1,929 thousand compared to Euro 2,277 thousand in the first half of 2023.

Net Financial Position consolidated negative (net debt) equal to Euro 6,292 thousand at 30 June 2024, against net debt equal to Euro 7,624 thousand at 31 December 2023.
