(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Italian Stock Exchange has arranged theadmission to trading on Euronext Milan of the shares Ferretti, an Italian multinational already listed in Hong Kong and active in the shipbuilding sector. The shares will be traded from 27 June. On the first trading day orders will not be allowed to be entered without a price limit.
The group, which includes brands such as Riva, Pershing and Wally, announced this morning that the price offer was set at 3 euro per share, for one capitalization of around 1 billion euros at its debut in Piazza Affari.
