(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Ferretti Groupan Italian multinational listed in Hong Kong and active in the shipbuilding sector, closed the 2022 with revenues equal to 1,030.1 million euros, up by 14.6% compared to 2021 (898.4 million euros), thanks to the substantial order backlog accumulated in 2022. The order book amounted to 1,296 million euros as at 31 December 2022, with an increase of 27.6% compared to 31 December 2021, thanks to the 1,162 million euros raised in 2022 (+19.6%).
L’Adjusted EBITDA is equal to 140 million euros in 2022, up by 36.5% compared to 2021 (102.6 million euros) and with a margin equal to 14.1% in 2022, up by about 200 basis points compared to 2021 (12.0%). L’Net income it is equal to 60.5 million euros in 2022, an increase compared to 2021 (37.4 million euros).

L net financial position is strongly improving and went from €93 million in cash as at 31 December 2021 to €365 million in cash in 2022, including approximately €233 million in proceeds from the listing (on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) which took place in March 2022.
The board of directors proposed a dividend of 19,903 thousand euro (equal to 5.88 euro cents per share), subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next meeting.
