(Finance) – Ferrari communicated that he had purchased on Euronext Milan (EXM), from January 2 to 10, 2025, a total of 47,120 ordinary shares at the average unit price of 412.4795 euros, for a countervalue equal to 19,436,031.90 euros.
These purchases took place as part of the 150 million euro share buyback program, as the sixth tranche of the multi-year share buyback program of approximately 2 billion euro to be executed by 2026.
From the beginning of this sixth tranche until January 10, 2025, the total amount invested was:
• 55,709,289.30 euros for no. 132,860 ordinary shares purchased on the EXM
• 10,969,297.64 USD per no. 25,020 shares of common stock purchased on the NYSE
As of 10 January 2025, Ferrari held 14,926,288 ordinary treasury shares equal to 5.81% of the share capital.
From 1 July 2022 to 10 January 2025, the Company repurchased a total of 4,103,524 treasury shares on the EXM and NYSE, for a consideration of 1,238,915,375.74 euros.
