Ferrari trading on own shares

(Finance) – Ferrari announced that he has purchased on Euronext Milan (EXM), as part of the sixth tranche of the buy-back program announced on 3 March 2022, from 11 to 21 April 2022 inclusive, a total of 47,375 ordinary shares at the average unit price of 202.8377 euros, for one countervalue equal to 9,609,437.10 euros.

From the announcement of the Sixth Tranche of the buy-back program of March 3, 2022 until April 21, 2022, the total consideration invested was:

• 50,223,149.45 euros for no. 263,291 ordinary shares purchased on the EXM
• 9,990,538.84 USD for no. 52,571 common shares purchased on the NYSE

As of April 21, 2022, Ferrari therefore held 10,744,067 ordinary treasury shares equal to 4.18% of the total issued share capital including ordinary shares and special shares and net of the shares assigned under the Company’s share incentive plan.

From 1 January 2019 to 21 April 2022, the prancing horse of Maranello repurchased a total of 5,624,349 treasury shares on the EXM and NYSE, excluding the transactions relating to Sell to Cover, for a total consideration of 862,777,078.89 euros. .

Meanwhile, on the Milanese price list, Ferrari lengthens the pace compared to the previous session, reaching 196.7 euros.
