(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Ferrari ended 2022 with Net revenues equal to 5,095 million euros, an increase of 19.3% compared to the previous year, a EBITDA equal to 1,773 million euros (+15.8%), an EBITDA margin of 34.8% and a Net income equal to 939 million euros, with a diluted earnings per share equal to 5.09 euros.

In 2022 the cars delivered they reached 13,221 units, an increase of 2,066 units or 18.5% over the previous year. The product portfolio for the year included nine internal combustion engine (ICE) models and three hybrid engine models, which accounted for 78% and 22% of total deliveries, respectively.

L’net industrial debt as at 31 December 2022, equal to 207 million compared to 297 million as at 31 December 2021, reflects the repurchase of treasury shares for 397 million and the distribution of dividends for 252 million. As at 31 December 2022, total available liquidity amounted to €2,058 million (€2,020 million as at 31 December 2021), including unused committed credit lines of €669 million.

There guidance 2023 expects net revenues of approximately 5.7 billion euros, an EBITDA of 2.13-2.18 billion euros with an EBITDA margin of 38%. Diluted earnings per share are expected at 6-6.20 euros, while industrial free cash flow is estimated at up to 900 million euros.
