(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Ferrarimeeting today, intends to propose to the company’s shareholders a distribution of dividing in favor of the owners of ordinary shares equal to 2.986 euros per ordinary action, an increase of approximately 22% compared to the previous year, for a total distribution of about 534 millions of euros.
It is read in a note from the rampant horse in which it is added that the distribution will be subject to its approval by the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for April 16, 2025.
If the dividend distribution proposal is approved by the shareholders, explains the note, the detachment date of the coupon (ex-Date) is scheduled for April 22, 2025 at the Exm in Italy and April 23, 2025 at the Nyse in the United States .
The date of legitimacy to perceive the dividend (Record DATE) is April 23, 2025 for the ordinary shares negotiated both at the Exm and at the Nyse and the payment date of the dividend (Payment Date) on May 6, 2025
