Ferrari buys back its own shares on EXM and NYSE for over 14.7 million euros

Ferrari treasury shares at 535 of the share capital

(Telestock) – Ferrari has announced that he has purchased up on Euronext Milan (EXM) and on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), from 23 to 30 August 2024, a total of 33,616 ordinary shares at the average unit price of 437.4443 euros, for a counter value equal to 14.705.128,16 euro.

These purchases were made as part of the €250 million buyback program, the fifth tranche of a multi-year buyback program of approximately €2 billion to be carried out by 2026.

From the beginning of this Fifth Tranche until August 30, 2024, the total invested consideration has been:

• 73,651,128.73 euros for 186,150 ordinary shares purchased on the EXM
• USD 3,099,258.08 for 6,543 ordinary shares purchased on the NYSE

As of August 30, 2024, Ferrari held 14,358,359 ordinary shares equal to 5.59% of the share capital.

From July 1, 2022 to August 30, 2024, the Company has repurchased a total of 3,534,255 of its own shares on the EXM and NYSE, for a consideration of €999,193,901.46.

Today, at Piazza Affari, a fractional decline for the Prancing Horse of Maranellowhich closed trading with a loss of 0.27%.
