Ferrari buyback for over 216 million euros

(Finance) – Ferrari communicated that he had purchased on Euronext Milan (EXM) and on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), from May 13 to 17, 2024, a total of 56,176 ordinary shares at the average unit price of 385.7446 euros, for a countervalue equal to 21,669,590.11 euros.

These purchases took place as part of the 350 million euro share buyback program, as the fourth tranche of the multi-year share buyback program of approximately 2 billion euro to be executed by 2026.

From the beginning of this Fourth Tranche until May 17, 2024, the total amount invested was:

• 208,468,400.36 euros for no. 593,235 ordinary shares purchased on the EXM
• 69,890,582.49 USD per no. 177,331 shares of common stock purchased on the NYSE

As of May 17, 2024, Ferrari held 13,964,143 ordinary shares equal to 5.43% of the share capital.

From 1 July 2022 to 17 May 2024, the Company repurchased a total of 3,140,039 treasury shares on the EXM and NYSE, for a consideration of 845,496,809.10 euros.

In Milan, meanwhile, the prancing horse from Maranello recorded a decline of 0.41% compared to the day before and stood at 386.6 euros.
