Ferm Werk links job seekers to companies. This often concerns people on welfare or who have been declared (partially) incapacitated for work. The company is run and used by four municipalities, namely Woerden, Montfoort, Oudewater and Bodegraven-Reeuwijk. Each of these municipalities has an alderman on the board, as well as a number of council members.
