(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Fenix Entertainmenta company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the production of film and television content, announces that on 17 July 2023 the resignation, with immediate effect, of the director Maurizio Baldassarini for the supervening impossibility to carry out the assignment for personal reasons.
It’s already called the shareholders’ meeting for 20 July and 21 July forthcoming (respectively on first and second call) which in the second item on the agenda is called to resolve on the reduction of members of the board of directors in accordance with the provisions of the business plan approved by the board of directors on 9 June 2023.
