Federal offender wanted by ROPE Squad

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is seeking the public’s help to locate a federal offender who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his statutory release.

Tyler Harvey, age 38, is described as a Caucasian male, 5-feet 6-inches tall, weighing 140 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes.

He has numerous tattoos that include the letter A with a circle on top and wings with “Sisters Death” on his left cheek, XO on his right eyebrow, and outlined face on his right arn, BOMB on his right wrist, RiP on a left finger, STARS on his left hand, SHADD and musical notes on his left arm, two circles with a stick man above on his upper left arm, a five-point crown on his chest, CMC on the back of his neck, and HARVEY with two five-point crowns on his upper back.

Harvey is serving a three-year sentence for several offenses including armed robbery, robbery, theft under $5,000, and attempted – unspeakable offense. Other offenses include failing to comply with an undertaking, failing to comply with an order, and failing to comply with a probation order.

He is known to frequent Kitchener, Hamilton, Peel and Halton Regions, Toronto, and the province of Nova Scotia.

Officials say anyone who has contact with this offender or has information in regard to his whereabouts is being asked to contact the Provincial ROPE Squad at 1-866-870-7673 (ROPE) or call 9-1-1.

Those people who wish to remain anonymous are asked to provide tips by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
