A federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his day parole is back in custody.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad on Sunday announced that Colin Palmer, 46, has been located and was arrested by Hamilton Police Service.

The ROPE squad announced last week that Palmer was unlawfully at large and was known to frequent the Six Nations, Hamilton and Cambridge areas.
Palmer is serving a two-year, 10-month sentence for two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking.
