But not everyone is happy with the new vending machine in the middle of the shopping street. “Because explosive attacks have increased, you now see them less and less in facades,” says Berend-Jan Beugel of the Dutch Payments Association. “As an operator, you should not install vending machines in places with a high risk of explosion, because then you endanger the neighborhood.”
