One person was killed in a three-vehicle collision on Highway 403 in Brant County on Saturday morning.

The collision occurred on Highway 403 between Rest Acres Road and Middle Townline Road at around 9:30 am, said Brant OPP.

The occupant of one vehicle died at the scene. Two other people were transported to hospital with unknown injuries, police said.
Westbound lanes of Highway 403 between Rest Acres Road and Middle Townline Road will be closed for the next several hours as police, including members of the West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement team, investigate.
