Fast food restaurants hardly bid farewell to disposable tableware

EPN in Eastern Ukraine People are very worried This will

Since January 1, 2023, it is forbidden in France to use disposable dishes in fast food restaurants for meals eaten on site. Restaurants that can accommodate at least 20 customers who eat on site are affected by this ban aimed at combating waste and pollution, but also at promoting the circular economy.

However, the measure is struggling to be put in place, especially with the main big players in fast food who could not all be up to standard in January. But some major brands are already using reusable tableware. The small ones in the sector are doing their best to comply with this new regulation which requires them to use cutlery and biodegradable or recyclable containers.
