One of Sibylla’s restaurants in Örebro is on fire. In the premises there should be LPG bottles, the police write on their website.
A VMA has been issued in the vicinity of the fire and residents are being asked to stay indoors.
The emergency services are on the scene and are working to extinguish the fire.
– Initially we found out that there was a fire in a restaurant and that you could see flames on the roof. We are on site now and we have a fully developed fire in a facade. They have made sure that no one is left and now they are using water, says the team leader at SOS Alarm who is responsible for the rescue region Bergslagen.
A VMA has been issued and the rescue manager urges residents in the area to stay indoors, close doors, windows and ventilation.
