Försäkringskassan has always been aware that electricity subsidies are paid to private individuals who also run businesses on the same electricity meter, according to press spokesperson Gustav Berg. He says in a comment to the news agency that they are now cooperating with the Tax Agency to ensure that no one receives a double payment. “Those who have received the electricity subsidy do not need to do anything,” writes Försäkringskassan in a comment.
