Fans are not afraid of a bad Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

As usual, a new part of the Call of Duty series will be released in the fall on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and Gamepass. Fans of the series have no fear that it could be a bad part.

When will Black Ops 6 be released? The new part of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released on October 25th. In addition to PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, the first Microsoft CoD will also be available in Gamepass on the first day. Whether the new part will be good is still up in the air, but at least it will bring back a mode that fans have wanted for a long time.

Even if the new part doesn’t turn out so well, fans aren’t afraid of it, on the contrary: the anticipation for the new CoD is great.

There are no consequences for me if it fails

Why are fans looking forward to the new part? A user’s post on Reddit recently attracted a lot of attention. In YungFooz’s post, he describes how he is looking forward to the new part of CoD because he doesn’t have to invest anything this time.

I’m more excited for this game because there are no consequences for me if it fails. I skipped MW3 because it sounded like a terrible MW2 DLC for $70, but I actually feel like I can look forward to this CoD release simply for the fact that I don’t have to spend any extra money to play it. Of course I want the game to be a big success, but if it doesn’t, that’s OK. Anyone else in the same boat? It’s a great feeling for this franchise.

Writes YungFooz on Reddit.

Simply looking forward to Call of Duty without worrying about wasting €79.99 sounds good at first, but in the comments below the post, not all users share the post author’s view.

What does the community think? The community is somewhat divided. Some people share YungFooz’s opinion, others say they are getting “hyped” again, even though it’s the same game every year.

Based_Jd on Reddit shares this opinion: “It’s hard not to get caught up in the hype… But remember, this is all part of the annual CoD cycle.”

DarkLink457 is also excited on Reddit: “Yes, this year seems more promising than the last few years, and it’s also the longest development time of all Call of Dutys.”

pennypacker89 finds this a bit silly on Reddit: “It’s crazy that we repeat this every year. And every year it’s the same thing.”

Thin-Connection-4082 doesn’t care about any of this on Reddit: “I won’t play it because it’s 300GB. And yet it streams textures, huh? Ridiculous.”

The fact that the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is in the Game Pass is not the first time that regular players have been pleased. A few days ago, many players were already upset about the most expensive part of the “Call of Duty” series ever, but they already have a solution: The new Call of Duty is more expensive than ever – fans advise: Buy the Game Pass instead
