This fan-made HD rendition of Resident Evil 4 stands out from the crowd. This mod, made specifically for the PC version of the game, reworked every skin, item and character in the game with texture files made from scratch. The producer of the mod, Albert Marin, followed in the footsteps of Capcom’s development of the original Resident Evil 4 during the production process of the mod.
Marin personally went to areas such as Raglan Castle in Wales and Palau Guell in Barcelona and took pictures of the areas to use as texture files in the game.
“I’ve made a list of the regions that the game’s developers are based on. We recreated most of the game’s skins from scratch by going through the texture libraries.
