Fallout 4 is at the top of the bestseller list in Europe after the TV series and Bethesda’s discount campaigns.

Fallout 4, ranked first among the best-selling video games in Europe. According to GamesIndustry.biz, the new Fallout series broadcast on Amazon Prime has a big impact on this success. The series led to a massive increase in sales of the Fallout video game series, resulting in the game rising a remarkable 7,500% on the European sales charts.

To increase the popularity of the Fallout series, Bethesda made significant discounts on Fallout games on all platforms. This strategy has enabled at least four Fallout games to top the European Top 10 list. While Fallout 4 made 69% of its sales on PC, the remaining 39% was on PlayStation and Xbox platforms. It is also stated that subscription services such as Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation Plus Extra and Amazon’s Luna platform contribute to the game’s play rates, but this data is not included in the sales figures.
