Factchecking organizations tackle misinformation on YouTube


There are plenty of YouTube channels today that specialize in spreading misinformation. And this pandemic period is perfect proof of this where we see a lot of videos, some contradicting others which only spread false information about the pandemic. Even before the pandemic, there were a lot of videos on YouTube that offered miracle remedies that could cure all kinds of diseases. So YouTube today is a repository of fake news, alongside other useful content.
