The Council of State is considering this Friday, September 29, the highly sensitive issue of facial identity checks. Six associations have seized the highest French administrative court to force the State to change its practices in terms of police control. In their request, the six associations and NGOs, including the Community House for Solidarity Development, maintain that this practice is “generalized”.
