The Head of Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Pierre Dorbes ends his mission in mid-July in South Sudan. There too, a conflict has been raging since April. How are the conflicts evolving in the two Sudans and what role for humanitarian workers in general and for the ICRC in particular?
