Eddie Jordan died of cancer on Thursday morning.
Founder and well -known TV face of Jordan Grand Prix in the Formula 1 series Eddie Jordan is dead, reported BBC.
According to the BBC, Jordan died of aggressive prostate cancer early Thursday morning in Cape Town in the presence of his family.
Jordan, Irish, was 76 when he died.
Jordan was the team manager from 1991 to 2005, when the stable competed in the F1 series. Formula legends drove in the stables Michael Schumacher and Damon Hill.
In 1999, Jordan’s Grand Prix finished third in the manufacturers’ World Series.
Since then, Jordan was an expert in BBC Sport and British Channel 4.
