(Finance) – Regarding the “Extraordinary contribution against expensive bills“, Established by the legislator for the year 2022 for companies operating in the energy sector, the Acea Group did it know that he had determined in € 28.5 million the total amount of the contribution and that the amount due has been paid in accordance with the procedures and timing provided for by the law.
However, Acea specified that a significant part of the base taxable identified for Group companies is not attributable to extra profits that the legislator intends to tax, but to extraordinary transactions. In view of this, the company has taken the necessary actions to challenge the standard recognizing elements of illegitimacyeven constitutional.
