(Finance) – The union has obtained a 45-day extension to lighten the administrative load of school secretariats, welcomed with satisfaction by the president Pacific. Below are the new times:
Annual Program 2025
15 January 2025: Preparation of the annual program and explanatory report by the schools; sending to the auditors for the regularity opinion.
15 February 2025: Release of the opinion by the auditors (also electronically).
15 February 2025: Resolution of approval by the Institute Council, even without the opinion of the auditors.
PNRR (DM 65/2023 and DM 66/2023)
20 December 2024: Deadline for assignments relating to Ministerial Decree 65/2023.
20 January 2025: Deadline for assignments relating to Ministerial Decree 66/2023.
However, Alberico Sorrentino, head of the Anief-Condir Department, underlined that the extensions, although representing a step forward, do not solve the problem of administrative overload and staff shortages. He proposed convening a permanent table at the Ministry to structurally address the critical issues of the PNRR and school procedures.
“The extension accepts our request, but a structural solution remains urgent to prevent complexity and overlapping of projects from compromising the success of the initiatives”, he declared Sorrento.
