Extended time to place bids in SAS
Considered investors in SAS get additional time to make bids in the airline’s capital hunt. Indicative bids must be submitted by July 17 at the latest, and final bids must be received by September 18 at the latest, SAS writes in a press release.
It is four weeks later than what was communicated in mid-May, when SAS was approved by a bankruptcy court in New York to implement the next part of its rescue plan, called “SAS Forward”.
SAS strives to complete the court process in the USA around the turn of the year.
