Exprivia renews supplementary agreement with trade unions

Exprivia Board of Directors has approved the incorporation project into

(Finance) – Exprivia, renewed the agreement for the second level supplementary contract between Exprivia SpA, a company of the Exprivia group, and the trade union representatives. The collective agreement signed in March comes into force from May 2024 it will affect approximately 1,850 employees.
The agreement, explains a note, reached between the company and the unions was endorsed by the workers concerned through a referendum which expressed a majority of 87.3% in favor of the contents of the agreement.

The supplementary contract is valid for three years with expiration scheduled for 31 December 2026 and provides: a Performance Bonus, subject to the achievement of certain company profitability indicators, for a per capita amount of up to 1,150 euros for 2024 – a figure that can be increased over the years and convertible, at the worker’s choice, into welfare services; improvement of current travel arrangements; increase in the value of the daily meal voucher; establishment of the solidarity hour bank in favor of employees who need to care for minor children, or who find themselves in situations of need that depend on themselves or first-degree family members. Protection is also extended to female workers who are victims of gender violence.

The flexible hours, the extensive Smart Working program and the Welfare policies also remain confirmed.

Furthermore, with the approval of the 2023 Budget which took place last March, thanks to the excellent results achieved by the company, the payout condition of the 2023 Performance Bonus was reached which will entail the recognition of a higher bonus in favor of all employees to 1,000 euros.
