Several explosions took place on Saturday morning at the port of the city of Odessa in southern Ukraine, the BBC reports.

The explosions come a day after Moscow and Kyiv reached an agreement to allow the export of millions of tons of grain blocked by the war. According to the agreement, Russia undertakes not to attack ports while grain is being transported.

Ukrainian representatives state that Saturday’s explosions were caused by Russian rocket attacks.

“Two rockets were shot down by the air defense. Two hit port infrastructure,” said Serhij Bratjuk, representative of the Odessa regional government, in a statement according to AFP.
