The police have been alerted to a loud bang in Gubbängen in southern Stockholm, which Aftonbladet was the first to report on.
– Something exploded in Gubbängen, but I don’t know what, says Daniel Wikdahl at the police to TT.
A large number of people are said to have called in to say they heard bangs. There is currently no information that anyone has been injured.
The case is being handled as a public hazard devastation
– Now it’s about securing the crime scene and witnesses and searching for possible perpetrators, says Daniel Wikdahl.
The alarm came at 20.56 on Tuesday. According to SL’s website, the subway trains do not stop at Gubbängens station.
