Several people from several parts of Malmö alerted the police about a loud bang. Something must have exploded at Amiralsgatan in central Malmö.
There should be damage to an apartment building, but no one should have been physically injured.
An important notice to the public has gone out and residents on Amiralsgatan, Skanörsgatan, Ronnebygatan, Falsterbogatan and Listergatan are asked to stay indoors in their apartments and avoid standing near windows.
A large area has been cordoned off.
